Rotorua Lakes Council is the local governing body for the Rotorua region, overseeing key infrastructure and services for the Rotorua region, including Events & Venues Rotorua and Destination Rotorua.

The Rotorua Aquatic Centre is a community facility proudly owned and operated by Rotorua Lakes Council and we are dedicated to providing one of the best Aquatic facilities in New Zealand.
Destination Rotorua is responsible for marketing Rotorua as a tourism destination to New Zealand and around the world. It also operates the Rotorua Convention Bureau, providing advice and information about managing conferences and events in Rotorua.
Conventions and Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) is the marketing organisation charged with promoting New Zealand as a conference and incentive destination. Events & Venues Rotorua is a Platinum member of CINZ.
Rotorua’s Ticketmaster outlet is located in the Sir Howard Morrison Performing Arts Centre in the heart of Rotorua city. Ticketmaster sells tickets to many key events in Rotorua, as well as concerts and events around New Zealand.
