ROTORUA INTERNATIONAL STADIUM Rotorua International Stadium is located just ten minutes drive from downtown Rotorua and is the traditional domain of local and international sporting events and festivals. The Searchlight Tattoo, the Raggamuffin reggae festival and major rugby fixtures are amongst events successfully staged at the stadium. The stadium has the capacity to hold up to 35,000 fans for a sports game, or more than 40,000 for a concert or festival. Its corporate lounge areas can host 400 theatre style, while a marquee on the main ground can accommodate up to 12,000 guests for a banquet dinner. The stadium's main field has television broadcast quality floodlights, while an 8m x 2m LED scoreboard is ideal for score up dates and promotional messages for events, sponsors and advertising. The stadium offers extensive car parking. Food and beverage services at the Rotorua International Stadium are provided by our resident caterer, Eurest, who can tailor menus according to requirements and budgets.  |
